What exactly does ServerPatrol do?
We take infrastructure on contract. Systems are monitored, hardened, and backed up. Alive, secure, and recoverable - that's the job.
Do you only work with AWS?
No. AWS is common, but we cover Linux systems anywhere - cloud, VPS, or bare metal.
How are you different from a Managed Services Provider (MSP)?
We're not an MSP. No bloated packages, no endless tickets. We cover critical ops directly, under contract.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes. Monitoring and alerts don't stop at 5PM. If it goes down at 3AM, we know.
What if we already have in-house IT or developers?
That's fine. We don't replace them. We cover the gaps they don't have time for - monitoring, hardening, and recovery.
How do you price your services?
You build your plan. Pay only for what you need. No bundles, no lock-ins.
Do you handle Windows servers?
No. Our patrol is built around Linux and cloud-native systems.
Why not just hire another sysadmin?
Because downtime doesn't wait for HR. We deploy fast, without the overhead.
Where are you based?
Based in Norwest, NSW. Night watch covered by operators in Europe.
